A leading agricultural goods company in Milan is looking for a People Analytics and Workforce Planning Expert to join their Global HRIS team. This role involves defining and implementing the People Analytics strategy, ensuring data quality, and developing dashboards to support HR decision-making. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience with BI systems such as PowerBI and a strong grasp of HR processes. This position promotes digital transformation and requires excellent communication skills across global markets.

Louis Dreyfus Company is a leading merchant and processor of agricultural goods with activities spanning the entire value chain from farm to fork, across over 100 countries, employing approximately 17,000 people globally.

We are seeking a People Analytics and Workforce Planning Expert to join our Global HRIS team. Reporting to the Global HRIS Lead, this individual will define and implement the People Analytics strategy, coordinate system activities related to Workforce Planning, and enhance our analytics capabilities to support data-driven decision-making across HR functions.

The role involves ensuring high standards of data quality, developing dashboards, and training staff to improve data literacy. The expert will liaise between HR business units and IT for system development and integration, contributing to BI activities across various HR domains including operations, performance, and development.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Data Management: Maintain data integrity, ensure secure access, perform audits, promote data awareness, and support compliance with data protection laws.
  2. People Analytics: Develop and execute People Analytics strategy, manage stakeholder requirements, create dashboards and reports, automate data processes, and support predictive modeling and forecasting.
  3. Project Contribution / Change Management: Act as a liaison for global HR system initiatives, ensure regional adoption, and promote digital transformation within HR processes.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5+ years experience with BI systems (preferably PowerBI) and HRIS project implementation.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, digital tools, and data analysis, with expert MS Excel skills.
  • Experience working across multiple countries or globally, with excellent communication skills.
  • Passion for digital transformation and leveraging technology to improve employee experience.

  • Proficiency in DAX and best practices for performance optimization.
Requirements
  • Languages: Fluent English, Intermediate French.
