Your Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Pensions & Benefits Manager – Global IEB Lead to join our global Pensions & Benefits team, reporting to the Global Head of Pensions & Benefits. This team ensures comprehensive oversight, strong governance, and effective risk management for our pension & benefits programs worldwide. Each team member takes ownership of a specific area in pensions and benefits, ensuring best practices across regions. The CoE leads and manages a diverse portfolio of projects and provides strategic and practical support to our Compensation & Benefits Hub Leads.

This role involves:

  • Overseeing our global Insured Employee Benefits Programs, including governance, finance strategy, and risk management.
  • Leading and managing local, regional, and global pensions & benefits projects.
  • Shaping and managing our pension programs, including design, implementation, and compliance.

How you will make an impact

Global Insured Employee Benefits

Take ownership of our global Insured Employee Benefits Management, including governance, risk, finance strategy, and cost control. Act as the main contact for our C&B Hub Leads and broker network, ensuring high-quality service and strategic alignment. Manage insurance pools, monitor success, and develop risk management reporting.

Pensions & Benefits Management

Contribute to strategic development, monitor pension programs for legal compliance, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage vendor relationships. Develop and review pension policies, and support operational delivery and training.

Your Background

  • 5+ years in pensions and insured employee benefits in an international environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Law, or related field.
  • Proficiency in IT tools, especially Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in project management, stakeholder engagement, and process analysis.
  • Fluency in English, spoken and written.
