We are seeking an experienced and strategic Pensions & Benefits Manager to join our global Pensions & Benefits CoE team, reporting to the Global Head of Pensions & Benefits.

This position plays a pivotal role in:

  • Governing, managing, and shaping our pension programs within Europe, focusing on design, implementation, and compliance.
  • Overseeing global Insured Employee Benefits Programs, including governance, risk management, and cost control.
  • Leading or contributing to local, regional, and global pensions & benefits projects.

How you will make an impact

Regional Responsibilities – Europe Pensions
  • Act as the subject matter expert for pension plans, advising stakeholders.
  • Contribute to strategic development and operational excellence of pension programs.
  • Monitor and analyze pension programs for legal compliance, risk, and market competitiveness.
  • Develop and recommend plan modifications and new concepts.
  • Collaborate with legal, finance, compliance, and external consultants.
  • Manage vendor relationships, including negotiations and performance management.
  • Draft pension policies, member communications, and related documents.
  • Support HR functions to deliver pension programs seamlessly.
  • Ensure data accuracy in the Global Benefits Data Repository.
Global Responsibilities – Insured Employee Benefits Lead
  • Own the global Insured Employee Benefits management, governance, and risk strategies.
  • Coordinate with brokers and manage vendor relationships.
  • Manage financial and risk aspects of insured benefits, including cost control and claims analysis.
  • Shape renewal strategies and develop risk management reports.
  • Review and develop benefits regulations aligned with company culture and strategy.
Other Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the rollout and operation of pension and benefit projects.
  • Develop training and share expertise internally.
Your Background
  • 5+ years experience in pensions and insured employee benefits within an international environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Law, or similar.
  • Proficiency in IT tools and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Project management experience.
  • Excellent analytical and process thinking skills.
  • Fluency in English.
