WHAT WILL YOU DO?

1. Core activities: As a Penetration Tester at Reply CyberSecurity Team, you’ll be at the forefront of cybersecurity testing for leading national and international clients. Your mission will be to assess and challenge the security posture of a wide range of digital assets, web and mobile applications, embedded / IoT devices, AI systems, and complex network infrastructures. You’ll go beyond surface-level scans, identifying real-world vulnerabilities and demonstrating their impact through controlled exploitation. If you thrive on solving complex security puzzles and making systems safer, this is your playground.
2. Technologies: You’ll often find yourself where automated scanners stop, digging deeper, crafting custom exploits, and uncovering issues others miss. You will have to use your curiosity, persistence, and a hacker mindset as your best tools here. While familiarity with common VA / PT tools is welcome, what truly matters is your ability to think creatively and adaptively.
3. Team work: You will join a forward-thinking, tight-knit team of cybersecurity experts who are passionate about what they do. You’ll collaborate with professionals who embrace innovation, share knowledge freely, and work with cutting-edge technologies. We value initiative, continuous learning, and a strong sense of ownership. You won’t just be part of a team, you’ll help shape it.
4. Academic background: Brilliant Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity or technical equivalent.
5. Valuable expertise: You have solid scripting and programming skills (e.g., Python, C, or similar languages), in-depth understanding of major operating systems: Windows, Linux / Unix, Android, iOS, and macOS, and familiarity with OWASP methodologies and secure development principles. Additionaly, a strong grasp of networking fundamentals, including protocols and routing concepts, and hands-on experience in Web Application Penetration Testing.
6. Nice to have: Completion of training programs or certifications in network security and ethical hacking, participation in Capture The Flag (CTF) competitions or similar hands-on security challenges, contributions to security research, including published work or CVE discoveries, and industry-recognized certifications (e.g., OSCP, OSCE, GPEN, etc.) are a strong plus.
7. Soft skills: You’re driven by the challenge of solving complex security problems and thrive in goal-oriented environments. You communicate clearly and confidently, both in writing and in person, and you’re comfortable presenting your findings to technical and non-technical audiences alike. You value collaboration, adapt easily to changing priorities, and bring a flexible, team-first mindset to everything you do.
