Responsibilities

• Understand complex computer systems and cybersecurity terminology.
• Determine testing requirements, including the number and type of systems, and testing methodology.
• Plan and develop penetration testing methods, scripts, and procedures.
• Simulate security breaches to evaluate system security.
• Generate reports with findings, including identified security issues and risk assessments.
• Recommend mitigation strategies to reduce security risks.
• Present findings and risk assessments to management and stakeholders.
• Assess the potential business impact of simulated attacks.
• Understand how security flaws could affect business operations if unaddressed.

Your Skills, Experience, and Qualifications

• Master's degree with distinction in Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent field.
• Strong knowledge of IT security issues, management systems (e.g., ISO 27001), and data protection.
• 2-5 years of experience in information security and IT risk management.
• Proficiency with current IT risks, security implementations, and software systems.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English and Italian.
