Job Description

We are the largest global implementation partner for Pega Marketing and Decisioning implementations with Pegasystems.

In this role, you will collaborate with sponsors, business stakeholders, analysts, data governance, analytics, and technical leads to create solutions tailored to business needs. You will also propose your own business and marketing solutions rather than only executing predefined requirements.

You will oversee other Decision Architects, ensuring solutions are delivered on time and within budget, following industry-standard project frameworks including :

Qualifications

Essential :

PEGA Certified Decisioning Consultant (PCDC)

Deep knowledge of “Next Best Action”, “Always-On” / real-time marketing, PEGA adaptive modelling, and arbitration techniques

Ability to design a decisioning framework from scratch

Technical, motivated, and collaborative with excellent communication skills and experience working with diverse teams

Ability to enforce best practices in PEGA architecture, design, and coding

Mentor and train junior team members and stakeholders

Ensure adherence to design and development standards throughout project lifecycle

Proven leadership skills

Fluent in English

Desirable :

Experience in agile environments

PEGA Senior Certified System Architect (PCSSA)

PEGA Certified Data Scientist (PCDS)

Experience with other marketing / data science tools (e.g., Unica, Adobe Campaign, SAS, R) and willingness to cross-train in PEGA

Recent technical qualifications (version 8 or above for PEGA)
