Responsibilities:
- Support Managers with client interactions, ensuring all information is accurate and provided on time.
- Support the Sales process to ensure scope of service feasibility and highlight concerns immediately to the Senior Operations Manager.
- Provide support and guidance for all implementations and go-lives, utilizing automation and standards.
- Lead projects aimed at improving customer satisfaction and business performance.
- Provide daily functional support to teams for successful payroll delivery.
- Maintain the Country Solution workbook.
- Manage the legislation roadmap, upskill the team in upcoming changes, and update processes accordingly.
- Resolve technical/functional issues escalated from the team, ensuring proper reporting and ticket logging.
- Collaborate with Operational Management, Transformation, and Products to implement automation and continuous improvements.
- Ensure Year-End deadlines are met successfully.
- Identify upsell opportunities proactively.
- Support management in resolving client escalations and capturing lessons learned.
- Upskill and develop team members through training and coaching.
- Adhere to STRADA Security Standards.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
- Complete time recording accurately and on time.
- Participate in team meetings, raising issues immediately to the Operations Manager.
- Stay updated with all STRADA announcements and communications.
- Build good relationships across all lines of business.
- Participate in projects as needed and assigned.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of payroll inputs, outputs, interfaces, tax compliance, and benefits.
- Ability to identify and mitigate risks.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Flexibility to support a global, fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn.
- Ability to collaborate and work independently following processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Business-related field or equivalent experience.
- 5-8 years of relevant payroll experience in HR consulting, outsourcing, or corporate settings.
- Expertise in payroll processes and legislation.
- Nice to have: HRIS knowledge (Workday, SAP), payroll certifications, project management experience.
