ABB E-mobility Holding AG As Senior HR & Payroll Specialist you will be responsible for performing day to day processing of HR requests related to Payroll, Time & Attendance, Benefits, and other HR requests for all ABB E-mobility employees. You will provide outstanding support for our internal customers, while processing information of all stakeholders accurately and timely.

As Senior HR & Payroll Specialist you will be a valued member of the Global Payroll Team, and you will report to the Global Payroll Manager of E-mobility. Your main location will be ABB E-mobility in Italy. However you will be handling global stakeholders and will be dealing with ABB E-mobility employees worldwide. Our focus is on being collaborative, hands-on, and solution-oriented. Are you ready to join us?

In This Role Your Main Accountabilities Will Be

• Subject matter expert in Italian payroll processing and country legislation
• Deep knowledge of end to end Italian payroll processing and activities related to deliver accurate payroll (Metalmechanico CBA payroll processing)
• Prepares information and documents for external authorities (social security, income tax, CU’s etc.)
• Supports the end-to-end payroll, Time & Attendance, HR administration and Benefits administration process for Italian employees, cooperation with the outsourced payroll provider and other 3rd party vendors
• Executes and delivers assigned HR / Payroll activities in compliance with all standard operating procedures / policies or other procedures in place
• Delivers HR / Payroll support to the HR community, managers and employees. Shows a customer service mind-set and a proactive way of working to serve customers with a “can do” attitude
• Recommends enhancements and simplification of existing processes
• Manages employee enquiries in an appropriate IT system (ticket tool)
• Performs data entry into appropriate systems as necessary for assigned HR Services. Maintains a high level of data quality and accuracy in the systems
• Assistance with internal / external audits

Requirements

To make the above work, we are looking for a senior professional who has experience working in an international environment (i.e. a global organization based in multiple countries). Other essential requirements :

• 5+ years of experience in HR with a focus on payroll, Benefits, Time Management (white and blue collars payroll processing)
• Experience working with a global outsourced payroll provider (e.g. ADP)
• A team player with an exceptional customer service attitude. We love a bold proactive, analytical, problem-solving mindset, excellent organizational skills and good eye for details
• Independently managing own work and ability to juggle multiple tasks at a given time. Setting priorities and working time efficient is essential in this role
• Work experience in international environment / team / global company is preferred
• Highly experienced with the tool Excel
• Fluent communication skills (written & verbal) in English & Italian is a must
