Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and select relevant payroll software aligned with Deel product requirements.
  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll execution in your region and other trained countries.
  • Prepare and reconcile payroll reports, ensuring compliance with local tax authorities.
  • Manage critical payroll and HR processes, including deductions, onboarding, and offboarding of employees.
  • Coordinate payroll expense collections and reconcile them with expenses.
  • Assess and enhance processes to support rapid growth while maintaining compliance.
  • Stay updated on local regulatory changes and communicate key updates across teams.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to provide expertise on payroll and HR matters.
  • Respond to complex payroll and HR questions from employees and clients in your region.
