We are looking for a Payroll and Administration Specialist to join our Italian HR team

• Provide support to new hires in completing the necessary forms for payroll processing (deductions, family allowances, severance pay options, data processing consents).
• Manage employee meal vouchers.
• Enter personal data, attendance, and absences into the payroll software.
• Manage collaboration with external partners (payroll consultants, labor consultants, lawyers).
• Handle social security and welfare.
• Manage TFR and welfare funds.
• Provide daily support to employees on administrative and payroll-related questions.
• 1-5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Fluent in Italian (C2) and English (C1) - both written and spoken.
• Good understanding of Italian payroll.
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
• Being proactive and solution-oriented.
• Affinity with IT.
• Good knowledge of payroll management software.
• Previous experience in a start-up / scale-up.
