• Manage time-off balances and holiday allocations in compliance with regulations.
• Administer welfare programs and employee benefits.
• Produce HR analytics and labor cost reports for Finance and Management.
• Ensure compliance with CCNL Turismo and evolving regulations.
• Handle payroll inquiries and updates with speed and discretion.
• Maintain employee records and payroll logs in HR systems.

At Grand Hotel Timeo, a Belmond Hotel, we are looking for an exceptionally detail-oriented, knowledgeable, and meticulous Payroll Administrator, who will ensure seamless administrative operations and unlock an outstanding internal service experience for our dedicated team members.

Primary Responsibilities Include

• Execute flawless payroll processing, managing time and attendance tracking, overtime calculations, bonuses, and deductions with absolute precision via Zucchetti systems.
• Supervise and control time-off balances, ensuring accurate tracking, scheduling, and compliance for employee ferie and ROL allocations.
• Administer the company welfare program, assisting employees with their benefits and optimizing platform engagement.
• Generate precise HR analytics and reports, providing the Finance and Management teams with clear data on labor costs, trends, and statistics.
• Ensure full legal compliance with the CCNL Turismo regulations, staying updated on collective agreements and institutional requirements.
• Anticipate employee administrative needs, resolving complex payroll inquiries or contract updates with absolute discretion, empathy, and speed.
• Maintain complete accuracy in updating employee personal files, mandatory communications (Unilav), and payroll logs via internal HR systems.
• Maintain a professional and welcoming presence within the HR department, acting as a supportive and trusted ambassador for our company culture.

What You Bring

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Payroll Administrator or HR Admin Specialist, preferably within the 5-star luxury hospitality sector.
• Deep knowledge of the CCNL Turismo and Italian labor law, ensuring rigorous application of contractual clauses and social security regulations.
• Advanced proficiency in Zucchetti software (Paghe Web, Presenze, and related HR modules).
• Strong expertise in data analysis and reporting, with a sharp eye for numbers and budget tracking.
• Outstanding communication, diplomacy, and active listening abilities when handling sensitive and confidential employee matters.
• Fluency in Italian and English; exceptional organization skills to manage high-volume seasonal staffing dynamics.
