Amazon Pathways is an internship program in Italy designed for MBA, MSc, MEng, or PhD students with 3+ years of experience in complex roles. It runs 10–12 weeks full-time, offering hands-on leadership of large teams and a challenging business problem to solve for senior management.

The program culminates in an innovative presentation and a potential to join the full-time Pathways program in 2028. The internship is based in a warehouse setting across Italy, with variations by site.

Competenze

• Currently enrolled in MBA/MSc/MEng/PhD and available for 10–12 weeks between June and September.
• 3+ years of complex professional experience with responsibility for project management and delivery.
• Very good command of Italian (CEFR B2) and English.
• Experience in leading projects or teams.
• Flexible to work in non-traditional shift patterns and willing to relocate within the country.
• Analytical skills and sound business judgment.
• Delivered complex projects engaging teams and leadership to achieve goals.

Mansioni

• Lead continuous improvement projects affecting safety, productivity, quality and customer experience.
• Develop standard operating procedures.
• Direct accountability for setting and meeting operational goals.
• Scope and design standardized concepts.
• Shadow leaders across operations to learn what it takes to be a manager at Amazon.
• Lead large teams across different shifts with management support.
• Support weekly business reviews and assist in their preparation.
• Collaborate with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, QA and HR to meet objectives.
