• High-quality preparation of cakes, desserts, and sweets in the in-house patisserie according to specified recipes, using fresh products of the highest quality for match days at Allianz Arena, SAP Garden Arena, Olympiapark, and other locations.
• Presenting and arranging dishes according to customer specifications.
• Coordinating preparation work and sharing responsibility for smooth organization and workflow in the patisserie.
• Ensuring compliance with delivery times, quality standards, and hygiene guidelines.
