Responsibilities

• Interfacing with clients to gather technical requirements, define suitable implementation proposals, and assess impacts within specific contexts.
• Technical analysis and development activities related to the PassInsurance suite.
• Coordinating and guiding technical team members.
• Collaborating on business transformation projects for top insurance players, including international contexts.
• Supporting the company and clients in defining optimal solutions and proposing innovative ideas.

Required Skills

• Deep knowledge of the PassInsurance platform from a technical perspective.
• Familiarity with frameworks and technologies related to PassInsurance development: Java, J2EE, Angular, Rest and Soap services, API, Spring/Spring Boot, SQL.
• Extensive understanding of insurance processes in Claims, Life, and Claims Management.
• Proven professional experience in the above areas, gained through projects involving PassInsurance platform evolution or integration for insurance clients.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Excellent relational, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to create a stimulating and positive work environment.
• Results-oriented and problem-solving mindset.
• Autonomy, initiative, and proactivity.
• Curiosity and passion for technology and innovation; a desire to stay constantly updated on new technologies.

Additional Profile Requirements

• Willingness to work on international projects and travel within Italy and abroad.
• STEM degree or equivalent work experience.
• Certifications in PassInsurance or related fields are a plus.
• Knowledge of a second language (German or French) is advantageous.
