Your responsibilities

1. Collection, analysis, and recording of customer requests
2. Preparation and revision of technical-commercial offers (pricing, delivery times, commercial terms) for the assigned customer portfolio, interacting with other departments and customers
3. Order entry into the ERP system and monitoring of project progress
4. Finalization of supply contracts (order confirmation, drafting contracts, checking purchase orders)
5. Management of project procurement activities and support/coordination of stock and project-based material procurement, including follow-up activities like expediting and shipments
6. Preparation of reports for internal use (commercial analysis, support to Projects Controlling, Finance reporting, order acquisition forecast, updating annual sales budget)
7. Handling customer claims related to orders until closure and reporting

Your profile

1. At least 5 years of experience in after-sales, preferably in engineering companies
2. At least 2 years' experience as a team coordinator, supervising technical and commercial documents
3. Good interpersonal and communication skills at various levels (internal/external, verbal/written)
4. Determination to achieve challenging targets
5. Analytical and problem-solving skills
6. Ability to organize and plan activities, prioritize, and meet deadlines
7. Proficiency in IT systems: MS Office and ERP software
8. Fluent in English, both written and spoken
9. Good will, proactivity, and ability to work individually and in teams
