The Role
As a Partnership Manager, you’ll be responsible for building, managing, and growing strategic partnerships that drive RoomCloud’s market expansion and strengthen our value proposition.
You’ll own the partner journey end-to-end—from identifying potential collaborators to nurturing long-term relationships with existing partners such as PMS providers, digital agencies, and hospitality tech players.
This is a strategic and hands-on role that requires strong interpersonal skills, business acumen, and a genuine passion for creating win-win partnerships. You’ll work closely with teams across Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Marketing to ensure partners are aligned, engaged, and empowered to generate value.

What makes you a great fit
3+ years in partnership, business development, or channel management—ideally in SaaS, tech, or hospitality
Skilled in creating long-lasting, trust-based relationships with external stakeholders
Proficiency in the following is required :
English, Spanish, French. The more, the better!
You can see the big picture, define a roadmap, and connect dots between RoomCloud’s goals and partner needs
Highly autonomous, proactive, and able to manage time and priorities without supervision
Clear, professional, and persuasive in both written and verbal communication
Familiarity with PMS, channel managers, or other hospitality solutions is a strong plus
Comfortable using CRM platforms (e.G. Hubspot, Zoho) and collaboration tools to track partner activity
