The Role

We’re looking for talented people to join our Partner Support Team (for a 12-month maternity cover ) that helps keep our restaurant partners happy and satisfied.

The Partner Support Team is the primary point of contact for restaurant queries. We provide comprehensive assistance to ensure the best experience with Deliveroo.

Responsibilities

  • Identifying trends in performance and conducting root cause analysis (e.g., agent productivity)
  • Managing a team
  • Planning, executing, and overseeing projects, coordinating resources, managing timelines, and ensuring successful outcomes while effectively communicating with stakeholders
  • Supporting your team in achieving daily and weekly targets

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer care, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role
  • Proficiency in IT, especially Windows Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with Looker data platform is highly valued
