Role Description:
As a Coordinator, your main task will be to support new and existing accommodation partners by contacting, informing, and advising them on meeting visitor demands on the Booking.com website. You will also train properties on using Booking.com’s extranet and systems that can improve their availability and supply. Additionally, you will support the Account Managers.

Location and Contract:
We are looking for a Partner Services Coordinator in Venice, Milan, Florence, Rome, Catania, or Naples with a 5-month contract.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Proactively communicate with regional partners via internal messaging and telephone to develop our business.
  2. Identify opportunities for partners using internal priority tools.
  3. Serve as the first point of contact for local accommodation partners, answering questions and taking necessary actions.
  4. Advise partners on their Booking.com webpages and how to update data regarding availability and supply.
  5. Act as a liaison for properties when they have questions and Account Managers are unavailable.
  6. Support properties and maintain property information on the website.
  7. Verify accuracy of property information and images for new accommodations.
  8. Deliver training via phone on how to use Booking.com’s extranet and rate & availability systems.
  9. Assist Customer Service with additional tasks and projects as needed.
  10. Adapt quickly to the latest guidelines and updates from Booking.com BV.

Qualifications & Skills:

  1. Limited job knowledge (0-1 year).
  2. Fluency in written and spoken Italian and English.
  3. Excellent telephone communication skills.
  4. Experience in e-travel or the hotel/travel industry is a plus.
  5. Sense of responsibility and ability to work autonomously.
  6. Team player, motivated, with a passion for e-travel and hospitality.
  7. Business-oriented mindset.
  8. Positive attitude.
  9. Hotel School or University background preferred.
