We're seeking an experienced Partner Marketing Program Manager to drive strategic partner marketing initiatives across the EMEA region. This role will be instrumental in accelerating demand generation through partner activation and enabling scalable go-to-market strategies.
The role is a 14 month fixed term contract.

Key job responsibilities
• Design and execute partner marketing programs that drive demand generation and revenue growth across EMEA
• Lead the Partner Prospecting League program, ensuring proper attribution and optimization of partner-led opportunities
• Collaborate with Marketing Central and other GTM resources to develop and implement partner enablement materials and campaigns
• Manage partner marketing budgets and track ROI of marketing investments
• Create and maintain partner marketing playbooks, best practices, and success metrics
• Drive partner activation through scalable initiatives
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for partner marketing programs
• Enable partners through training sessions, workshops, and marketing collateral
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure alignment of partner marketing strategies

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 3 years in partner/channel marketing and proven track record in developing and executing successful partner marketing programsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Experience with partner marketing automation tools and CRM systems
