As a Partner Manager, you will manage a portfolio of Odoo Partners and be involved in business development with end customers. You have the opportunity to make an impact on both end customers and Odoo partners.

Our partners are system/ERP integrators and Italian IT companies adopting Odoo in their solutions portfolio. As the main contact, you'll coach them on business strategy, implementation, and product know-how to grow their Odoo business.

You’ll also interact with a diverse range of customers across many regions, qualifying and providing demos to end clients, and pairing them with suitable partners.

What the job looks like

  • Enable and train Odoo Partners on effective sales and implementation methods.
  • Act as a business coach: develop processes to increase operational efficiency for partners and clients.
  • Build long-term relationships with your partner portfolio based in Italy.
  • Qualify end clients, deliver tailored demos, and connect them with the right partner.
  • Negotiate licenses and pricing, promoting value propositions.
  • Work with companies of various industries and sizes across Italy.
  • Empower and challenge your partners.
  • Support both experienced and inexperienced partners in sales growth.
  • Take on real responsibilities from day one.
  • Build your partner portfolio from scratch and be accountable for your success.

Minimum Requirements :

  • Fluent in Italian (C2) and English
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a tech sales role, preferably B2B
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Passionate about sales, convincing, negotiating, and achieving targets
  • Initiative-taking to support team, partners, and customers
  • Valid work permit in Italy
  • Interest in IT and technology
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Experience as a Project Manager or Consultant
