Summary

The Partner Account Manager Team Leader has dual responsibilities. First, you will lead direct partner engagement and growth initiatives in Iberia (Spain and Portugal), overseeing metrology and PS (Production Software) partners. Second, you will manage and develop the Partner Account Managers in France and Italy, shaping the indirect sales strategy across EMEA South.

Person can be based in Italy, Spain or France, Other locations will be evaluated, as long as the candidate speaks Spanish fluently.

Job Responsibilities

  • Own and grow the partner channel in Iberia while leading PAMs in France and Italy.
  • Drive strategic revenue growth via indirect channels in the EMEA South region.
  • Identify, develop, and grow high-potential partners; evaluate low-performing partners for turnaround or phase-out.
  • Collaborate closely with Country Sales Directors to harmonize direct and indirect go-to-market strategies.
  • Map and optimize market coverage with focus on strategic partner expansion.
  • Standardize partner contracts and ensure benefit harmonization across countries.
  • Develop and execute growth strategies tailored to local markets.
  • Report performance and progress toward channel goals using data-driven insights.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5–6 years of experience in partner / channel management or B2B sales in industrial or manufacturing sectors.
  • Proven success in driving revenue through indirect channels in international contexts.
  • Technical aptitude in industrial software, metrology, or manufacturing systems is a plus.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to act proactively and work independently.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills.
  • Fluency in English; Spanish language skills are highly desirable.
