Intro

To accelerate our global expansion and expand our brand presence, we are looking for a motivated Partner Account Manager (m / f / d) for 40 hours / week to start immediately or as soon as possible for the area of North Italy in Milan. This role will report directly to the Country Manager Iberia, LATAM, and Italy.

Please note: This will be a contract employment.

Your Job

  1. You will identify, supervise, and develop a network of regional sales partners and distributors in North Italy.
  2. You will onboard new partners and build successful relationships.
  3. You will organize and supervise online training for our sales partners and implement the Hornetsecurity partner program.
  4. You will conclude partner business plans and monitor the development of your sales partners and distributions.
  5. You will participate in fairs and partner events, presenting our solutions.
  6. You will create forecasts and define measures to achieve targets in Italy.
  7. You will collaborate with internal teams such as Sales and Marketing, and externally represent the company as a key contact.
  8. You will update our CRM with relevant customer and deal information weekly.

Your Profile

  1. You have solid IT knowledge through education, academic studies, or a comparable qualification, ideally in IT security or cloud services.
  2. You have at least five years of professional experience in IT, with a strong understanding of complex IT solutions and business processes.
  3. You have relevant experience working with sales partners and distributors in Italy, successfully developing partners strategically and economically.
  4. You possess excellent communication skills and are confident in dealing with partners and customers.
  5. You are willing to travel frequently and enjoy convincing customers and partners through presentations and negotiations.
  6. You have a winning personality and enjoy working in an international team.
  7. You are fluent in English and Italian, both written and verbal.
  8. You are motivated by your successes and pursue quarterly goals passionately.
  9. You are organizationally skilled and know how to prioritize tasks effectively for the Hornetsecurity Group.
