Intro

To accelerate our global expansion and expand our brand presence, we are looking for a motivated Partner Account Manager (m/f/d) for 40 hours/week to start immediately or as soon as possible in the North Italy region, based in Milan. This role will report directly to the Country Manager for Iberia, LATAM, and Italy.

Please note: This is a contract employment position.

Your Job

  1. Identify, supervise, and develop a network of regional sales partners and distributors in North Italy.
  2. Onboard new partners and build successful relationships.
  3. Organize and supervise online training for sales partners and implement the Hornetsecurity partner program.
  4. Conclude partner business plans and monitor the development of sales partners and distribution channels.
  5. Participate in fairs and partner events, presenting our solutions.
  6. Create forecasts and define measures to ensure targets in Italy are achieved.
  7. Collaborate internally with teams such as Sales and Marketing; externally, represent the company as a primary contact.
  8. Update our CRM weekly with relevant customer and deal information.

Your Profile

  • Solid IT knowledge through education, academic studies, or a comparable qualification, ideally in IT security or cloud services.
  • At least five years of professional experience in IT, with a strong understanding of complex IT solutions and business processes.
  • Relevant experience working with sales partners and distributors in Italy, with a proven track record of strategic and economic partner development.
  • Excellent communication skills, confident in dealing with partners and customers.
  • High willingness to travel; comfortable with presentations and negotiations.
  • Persuasive personality, enjoys working in an international team.
  • Fluent in English and Italian, both written and verbal.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and passionate about quarterly targets.
  • Organizational talent with the ability to prioritize effectively for the Hornetsecurity Group.
