Intro

To accelerate our global expansion and increase our brand presence, we are seeking a motivated Partner Account Manager (m / f / d) for 40 hours per week, to start immediately or as soon as possible, for the North Italy region in Milan. This role reports directly to the Country Manager for Iberia, LATAM, and Italy.

Please note: This is a contract employment.

Your Job

  1. Identify, supervise, and develop a network of regional sales partners and distributors in North Italy.
  2. Onboard new partners and build successful relationships.
  3. Organize and supervise online training for sales partners and implement the Hornetsecurity partner program.
  4. Develop partner business plans and monitor the growth and success of sales partners and distributors.
  5. Participate in fairs and partner events, and present our solutions.
  6. Create forecasts and define measures to achieve targets in Italy.
  7. Collaborate internally with Sales and Marketing teams; externally, represent the company as a primary contact.
  8. Update our CRM weekly with relevant customer and deal information.

Your Profile

  • Solid IT knowledge through education, studies, or equivalent qualification, preferably in IT security or cloud services.
  • At least five years of professional experience in IT, with a strong understanding of complex IT solutions and business processes.
  • Experience working with sales partners and distributors in Italy, with a track record of strategic and economic partner development.
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence in dealing with partners and customers.
  • Willingness to travel and ability to convincingly present Hornetsecurity services to customers and partners.
  • Fluent in English and Italian, both written and spoken.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and passionate about achieving quarterly objectives.
  • Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively for Hornetsecurity Group.
