Intro

To accelerate our global expansion and enhance our brand presence, we are seeking a motivated Partner Account Manager (m / f / d) for a 40-hour/week position, starting immediately or as soon as possible, for the North Italy region in Milan. This role reports directly to the Country Manager for Iberia, LATAM, and Italy.

Please note: this is a contract employment.

Your Job

  • Identify, supervise, and develop a network of regional sales partners and distributors in North Italy.
  • Onboard new partners and build successful relationships.
  • Organize and supervise online training for sales partners and implement the Hornetsecurity partner program.
  • Develop partner business plans and monitor the growth of sales partners and distributors.
  • Participate in fairs and partner events to present our solutions.
  • Create forecasts and define measures to achieve targets in Italy.
  • Collaborate internally with Sales and Marketing teams; externally, represent the company as a primary contact.
  • Update CRM with relevant customer and deal information weekly.

Your Profile

  • Solid IT knowledge through education, academic studies, or a comparable qualification, preferably in IT security or cloud services.
  • At least five years of professional experience in IT, with a strong understanding of complex IT solutions and business processes.
  • Experience dealing with sales partners and distributors in Italy, with a proven track record of strategic and economic partner development.
  • Excellent communication skills, confident in dealing with partners and customers.
  • High willingness to travel; comfortable with presentations and negotiations.
  • Persuasive personality, enjoys working in an international team.
  • Fluent in English and Italian, both written and verbal.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and passionate about quarterly objectives.
  • Organizational talent with the ability to prioritize effectively for the Hornetsecurity Group.
