Job Description

Role Overview: As a Partner Account Manager, you will play an integral role in bringing Philips Emergency Care Professional solutions to those in need by managing and strengthening our partner relationships across Italy, Israel, and Greece.

Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with Indirect Channel Partners to ensure the right medical devices meet customer needs.
  2. Develop trusted relationships and implement tactical account plans to maximize sales, order intake, and customer satisfaction.
  3. Work with internal teams to gather business and product information, analyze sales data, market trends, and competition.
  4. Co-develop and execute sales strategies for the Emergency Care Professional Business.
  5. Expand and strengthen existing partnerships; identify and onboard new sales partners.
  6. Manage quarterly and monthly forecasts, OIT figures, etc.
  7. Conduct strategic customer visits and organize product training sessions.
  8. This role offers remote work within the IIG region.

Candidate Profile:

  1. Customer-focused with a strong administrative orientation.
  2. Excellent communicator capable of managing internal and external stakeholders.
  3. Proven experience in business planning and impact delivery with partners.
  4. Several years of sales experience or high sales affinity.
  5. Business acumen and technical understanding, preferably in Emergency Care.
  6. Strong market understanding aligned with company goals.
  7. Exceptional stakeholder management and professional demeanor.
  8. Energized by data analysis, market trends, and business insights.
  9. Motivated by making a positive impact on patient care.
  10. Willing to travel across the IIG region.
