Partner Account Manager with Lenovo Italy. Do you want to be a part of the fastest-moving IT company in the world? Are you a strong senior account manager profile, motivated by creating great results in a tough market? Then this job is for you! With practically all of Lenovo's B2B business moving through the channel, the role of the Partner Account Manager at Lenovo is extremely important and critical to our success. The role of Lenovo Partner Account Manager for the largest partners in Italy is a senior position that requires excellent relationships at all levels both at Lenovo and with the partners, including CEO level. At Lenovo, our Partner Account Managers orchestrate and manage the involvement of the full Lenovo team to ensure that Lenovo is top of mind with the business partner, that they are satisfied, and fully updated on Lenovo strategy and technologies. The main purpose is to grow Lenovo business with the partners and deliver profitable growth for both Lenovo and our partners.

Main Responsibilities

  • You will be visible and have a proactive approach in everything you do
  • You will manage the quarterly business plans and reviews
  • You own it and we count on you to deliver
  • You will be responsible for the sales-out business management including pipeline review, reporting, and gap analysis
  • You will be the one building the marketing plans for partners with clearly defined ROI and actions
  • Success factors: consistent achievement of quarterly sales quota

What Will You Bring

  • Ability to work with a solution selling sales approach including up-sell and cross-sell products, options, and services
  • Proven ability to build relationships and work with key sales teams in BPs horizontally in the Lenovo business
  • Minimum of 7-10 years proven B2B account management and sales experience
  • Ability to establish excellent relationships at all levels including C-level management
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, sales-driven attitude

  • High-level presentation and communication skills
