Our Italy team is looking for an experienced HR & Recruitment assistant who qualifies under Legge 68/99 to join the growing team located in Treviso on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
Currie & Brown has been active in Italy since 2010, assisting clients in sectors such as hospitality, leisure, residential, commercial property, logistics, and Data Centre.
The role: What we require from you:
As Recruiter, your responsibilities will include:
- Understanding our market and mapping potential candidates against current vacancies.
- Managing recruitment database, candidate liaison, interview scheduling, and communication with recruitment agencies and job boards.
- Updating recruitment trackers and providing weekly recruitment statistics to the UK team.
- Placing adverts on our website, job boards, and LinkedIn.
- Utilizing LinkedIn for candidate sourcing and networking.
- Representing Currie & Brown professionally in candidate interactions.
- Building relationships with candidates and managing their recruitment process.
- Arranging interviews and managing the recruitment diary.
As HR Officer, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing HR policies, projects, and compliance with legislation.
- Developing and implementing training programs and performance evaluations.
- Supporting HR team development and process improvements.
- Building relationships with hiring managers and developing talent pools.
- Managing administrative HR tasks such as payroll, contracts, and employee communications.
- Monitoring and evaluating employee performance.
- Maintaining communication with employees and HR teams in London.
Required skills and attributes:
- Registration for targeted placement under law 68/99.
- 3-5 years of HR or in-house recruitment experience.
- Experience with recruitment systems and job boards (preferred).
- Degree preferred.
- Business-level English skills essential.
- Knowledge of HR systems and IT skills (MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Resilience, attention to detail, organizational skills.
- Team player with a proactive attitude, personable, respectful, and flexible.
