Business Controller
Company Overview :
Our company, located in the Alto Vicentino area (VI), specializes in the production of equipment for the food industry and is part of a US-based group.
Responsibilities :
The Business Controller, reporting directly to the CFO, will be part of the Finance and Controlling department, providing financial insights to achieve business targets, analyzing the actual results, and presenting recommendations to senior management.
As the link between the business lines and the Accounting & Finance Direction, he / she will both challenge their performance to ensure alignment to the company's strategy as well as support them in realizing their financial objectives.
These Will Be the Main Responsibilities of The Role :
define and track financial and non-financial KPIs, through monthly reports for the different business units, establish benchmarks and implement indicators improvements.
support Operations in the annual or periodic Inventory.

Compensation :
RAL from 50.000 to 70.000
