NHC HomeCare Milan is seeking a PRN/Part-Time Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in Milan, TN. The SLP will supervise and participate in therapeutic techniques for rehabilitation of patients with speech, language, hearing, and oral myofunctional disorders.

The ideal candidate will hold a masters degree in Speech Pathology, CCC-SP or CFY eligibility, and state licensure, with the ability to direct the Communications Disorders Service and provide evaluations and therapy as ordered by

Competenze

Master's degree in Speech Pathology from an approved curriculum.
CCC-SP from ASHA or eligible for CFY.
Licensed in the state(s) where you will work.

Mansioni

Directs and supervises the Communication Disorders Service Department.
Provides evaluations and therapy as ordered by the referring physician and recommends an appropriate treatment program for the physicians approval.
Evaluates, plans, and carries out therapy programs, including the establishment of goals for patients as referred and approved by the physician, with periodic re-evaluations.
Participates in the in-service training program for the HomeCare personnel.
