What You’ll Do:

As a Production Worker, you’ll play a key role in our production process, ensuring quality products every step of the way. Responsibilities include:

1. Loading raw materials and monitoring production machines
2. Inspecting finished products to ensure quality and compliance with standards
3. Completing manufacturing paperwork accurately and on time
4. Keeping your work area clean and adhering to safety protocols
5. Following documented procedures and collaborating with your team to meet production goals

What We’re Looking For:

1. Skills: Basic math, strong attention to detail, ability to follow instructions, and excellent teamwork.
2. Physical Abilities: Regularly lift up to 30 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs) and stand for prolonged periods. Must perform repetitive tasks and use small tools or materials.
3. Education/Experience: High school diploma or GED preferred, or equivalent experience.
4. Requirements: Closed-toe footwear, no jewelry or fragrances, and the ability to wear required PPE.
