As the Marketing and Communications Head for Paper & Textile in Italy, you will lead the strategic marketing and communications agenda for one of ANDRITZ’s key regional hubs – with focus on the tissue, paper, and board industry. You will be responsible for shaping the brand presence, driving customer engagement, and supporting business growth through integrated marketing strategies. This role requires close collaboration with sales, product management, and global marketing teams to ensure alignment and excellence in execution.

Under your area of responsibility will be the following locations with a possible extension during next year :

Key responsibilities

  • Strategic leadership : define and implement the global marketing strategy for “Paper out from Italy to the world” in alignment with the overall business strategy and market trends.
  • Target oriented : define marketing targets on BAS (Business Area Segment) and divisional level with KPIs – aligned with the MTP (mid-term planning) and defined in the PD (policy deployment).
  • Team leadership : lead and strengthen a high-performing Italian marketing team, fostering collaboration across departments and regions.
  • Brand & positioning : strengthen the ANDRITZ brand presence, ensuring consistent messaging and visual identity in line with ANDRITZ Group standards.
  • Campaign management : lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns, product launches, and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Digital & content marketing : drive digital transformation in marketing, including content strategy, social media, and marketing automation.
  • Stakeholder collaboration : act as the key marketing interface for Paper & Textile in Italy, with sales, product management, and Pulp & Paper Marketing. Work closely together with the experts from paper service and Pulp & Paper Automation and Digitalization.
Qualifications
  • University degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in same or simial industries.
  • Strong strategic thinking, creativity, and executional excellence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English and preferably fluent in Italian (minimum conversation skills required); additional languages are an asset.
  • Leadership experience in a global set-up is of preference.
