For our Panerai HQ, we are looking for a Panerai Senior Marketing Operation Manager.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, he / she is in charge of Marketing Operations, collaborating closely with the Marketing team and the rest of the business, and acting as the key referent of Marketing Operations for designated markets.
He / she has the responsibility of coordinating and following the implementation of all marketing and communication strategies and actions, and driving performance measures: cross-functional project management, 360 activation plans, product launches, key campaigns, and key brand events (Watches & Wonders, etc.), liaising with all internal stakeholders and regions.
Main Responsibilities
- Marketing Operations:
- Contribute to the brand's annual strategic plan and budget elaboration, including presentations to the Group.
- Coordinate between Panerai HQ and regional teams through the 360 activation plan.
- Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to coordinate daily activities leading to project completion.
- Maintain ongoing communication with regions and international teams to ensure strategy alignment and successful local activations.
- Build strong relationships across global teams to ensure achievement of business objectives and seek process improvements.
- Lead project planning, budgeting, and resource identification.
- Coordinate the implementation of strategic initiatives and cross-functional processes.
- Deliver innovative 360 activation plans.
- Monitor project progress regularly in collaboration with team members.
- Oversee daily operations to ensure key milestones are identified and respected.
- Work with the Head of Marketing to design and implement efficient marketing and communication processes with subsidiaries.
- Follow-up on content creation with the Creative Department.
Off-line Media
- Develop global and local off-line media briefs.
- Create new off-line media capabilities, defining processes and guidelines.
- Manage and negotiate global and local media buying to optimize costs, supported by media agencies.
- Collaborate with global and local brand marketing and business teams to align off-line media strategies.
- Lead interactions with Richemont Group and local subsidiaries regarding off-line media topics.
- Manage the marketing budget, including guidelines and regional communication.
- Follow-up on budget throughout the year.
- Prepare quarterly reports and consolidate A&P expenses with the Finance team.
Profile
- Degree in Business Administration and/or Marketing.
- Minimum 7 years of marketing experience in a structured, multinational environment.
- Entrepreneurial vision with a hands-on approach to branding strategy.
- Leadership skills to manage and persuade HQ and regional teams.
- Strategic vision with the ability to analyze situations at different levels.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills; diplomatic.
- Strong analytical skills with proven relationship management and process skills.
