For our Panerai Milan HQ, we are looking for a Marketing Specialist. He / She is an important contributor in the development and execution of the global Marketing Strategy.

He / She acts as a bridge between HQ Marketing, Communications, Product, Creative, Digital, CRM, and Commercial Department and Markets.

The Marketing Specialist works on creating, developing, and executing Marketing campaigns, new product launches, and sales enablement, in order to guarantee that the brand communication is consistent with the brand identity and the strategic priorities.

How will you make an impact

  • Contribute to the creation of the Global Brand Calendar with a 360 and omnichannel mindset approach
  • Analyze product and marketing campaigns, sell-in and sell-out data, and consumer data
  • Create Marketing Activation Briefs for Internal and External Agencies, proactively bringing and exploring new ideas
  • Responsible for content creation with the Creative Department, ensuring assets are impactful and delivered on a timely manner, following retro planning
  • Participate in the implementation of the Brand Guidelines and corresponding Marketing Plan for the markets
  • Ensure the timely finalization of Launch Packages with a Comprehensive 360° approach
  • Assist in the development and implementation of the Company’s Brand Strategy
  • Support in Special Projects Coordination
  • Collaborate day-to-day with HQ departments to ensure alignment with Brand Identity
  • Coordinate between Panerai HQ teams and regions through the 360 activation plan

  • Minimum of 2-3 years in the marketing field required; luxury experience will be a plus
  • Excellent Time Management and respect for Deadlines
  • Attention to Detail is Key; Strong Interpersonal Skills
  • Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills with multi-tasking abilities in a fast-paced corporate environment
  • Effective oral communication skills and the ability to work cooperatively with staff inside and outside of the department
  • Proficient in all modern office software including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proficiency in English mandatory; French is a plus
