Luxoft is seeking a senior Data Platform Engineer to design and operationalize AI-powered workflows using Palantir Foundry and AIP. You will translate complex needs into scalable solutions and collaborate with stakeholders to maximize value from Foundry and AIP.

This hands-on role focuses on practical impact, governance, and responsible AI. You will design and maintain Foundry pipelines, support AIP use cases like copilots and retrieval workflows, and ground agents with RAG and ontology content.

Competenze

• 10+ years IT/Data experience.
• 5+ years as Data Platform Engineer/Data Engineer.
• 2+ years Palantir Foundry ecosystem experience.
• 1+ years hands-on Palantir AIP experience (design/deployment of AIP use cases).
• Strong Python, PySpark, SQL and data modelling skills.
• Experience grounding agents with RAG and ontology content.
• Ability to work independently and interact with non-technical business users.

You’ll work on end-to-end delivery, governance, and adoption, shaping how AI-enabled data pipelines and agents support decision-making. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role with a focus on practical impact, responsible AI, and continuous improvement.
