Luxoft is seeking a Palantir Foundry & AIP Engineer to design, build, and operate AI-powered workflows and applications. You will translate complex business needs into scalable technical solutions, working directly with stakeholders to maximize value from Foundry and AIP.

You will own end-to-end delivery of data pipelines, enable AI use cases, and ensure governance and responsible use of AI while supporting business teams across the organization.

Competenze

• 10+ years in IT/Data; 5+ years as Data Platform Engineer/Data Engineer.
• 2+ years with Palantir Foundry ecosystem (data integration, ontology, pipelines, apps).
• 1+ years with Palantir AIP including copilots, retrieval workflows, and decision-support agents.
• Strong Python, PySpark, SQL and data modelling skills.
• Hands-on with AIP features such as RAG workflows; able to translate business needs to scalable solutions.
• Able to engage non-technical business users directly; strong ownership of delivery.
