You are a sharp and analytical Paid Growth Manager with experience in B2B or SaaS growth marketing. You’re passionate about data, strategy, and driving measurable results through paid media. You have a proven track record of scaling acquisition campaigns, working cross-functionally, and generating quality leads through digital channels.

What will you do?

  • Own and scale all paid B2B acquisition campaigns (LinkedIn, Google, Meta)
  • Develop full-funnel strategies to generate qualified marketing leads
  • Analyze campaign data to identify insights and drive growth initiatives
  • Launch and optimize marketing automation flows (e.g., lead scoring, NPS, email flows)
  • Collaborate with sales to align targeting and improve lead quality
  • Work with content and design teams on ad creatives and landing pages
  • Continuously experiment and implement new strategies to improve customer acquisition and retention


What will you need?

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B or SaaS performance marketing or growth roles
  • Proven success in designing and executing paid campaigns with measurable impact
  • Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making skills
  • Ability to both own the strategic direction and execute hands-on work
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills
  • Experience with GA, GTM, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, HubSpot, and Meta Ads
  • Fluent in English
