Job summary

Dentons Italy in Rome is seeking a talented 5th year Law student for a 3/6-month curricular internship with the Corporate M&A Team. This paid opportunity lets you glimpse how a leading law firm operates and gain 360-degree exposure.

You will assist the designated lawyer with regulatory and jurisprudential research, participate in work groups, and work alongside top professionals in an international environment. Strong English (B2-C1) and MS Office are required.

Qualifications

• You are a 5th year Law student with strong motivation for practicing the legal profession.
• You have had an experience abroad (e.g.: Erasmus).
• High legal knowledge.
• High level of English (B2-C1 level).
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office and familiarity with IT tools.

Responsibilities

• Support the designated lawyer in regulatory and jurisprudential research.
• Participate in work groups and contribute to corporate M&A projects.
