Dentons Italy in Rome offers a 3/6-month curricular internship in the Corporate M&A Team for a motivated 5th year law student. The role provides exposure to regulatory and jurisprudential research within a high-profile international firm.

You will work closely with seasoned lawyers, participate in international teams, and gain 360-degree experience in a dynamic, global environment. Fluency in English (B2-C1) and IT proficiency are valued.

Formación

• Enrolled fifth-year law student with strong motivation to practice law.
• Experience abroad (e.g., Erasmus) is preferred.
• Excellent English level (B2-C1).
• Global mindset and ability to work across cultures.

Responsabilidades

• Support the designated lawyer in regulatory and jurisprudential research for the Corporate M&A practice.
• Participate in work groups and assist in day-to-day project tasks.

• You are a 5th year Law student with strong motivation for practicing the legal profession.
• You have had an experience abroad (e.g.: Erasmus).
• High legal knowledge.
• High level of English (B2-C1 level).
• Global mindset.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office and familiarity with IT tools.

• We offer a 3-6 months paid internship which will allow you to understand how a Law Firm works, with particular reference to the Corporate M&A Team.
• You will have the chance to participate in work groups and to support the designated lawyer in the regulatory and jurisprudential research related to the practice area.
