Job Opportunity: Payroll Specialist

Location: Rimini, Italy

Our firm is expanding, and we are seeking to hire 2 Payroll Specialists. We welcome applications from both Senior candidates with 4-5 years of experience and Junior candidates with 1-2 years of experience.

The selected candidates will be based at our operational headquarters in the province of Salerno (SA).

Key Responsibilities:

1. Monthly payroll processing
2. Preparation of monthly reports
3. Managing relationships with relevant authorities
4. Handling accident reports
5. Managing annual compliance tasks (770, CU, self-assessments)
6. Managing employment-related compliance requirements

Work Details:

Full-time position (40 hours/week), Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 13:00 and 14:00 to 18:00.

Contract type and salary will be commensurate with experience.

Applicable collective labor agreement: CCNL Terziario (Commerce).

Benefits include meal vouchers worth €6.00 each.

Candidate Requirements:

Preferred Qualifications:
