Job Opportunity: Payroll Specialist

Location: Parma, Italy

Our studio is expanding and is seeking to hire 2 Payroll Specialists. We welcome applications from both senior profiles with 4-5 years of experience and junior profiles with 1-2 years of experience.

The selected candidates will be based at our operational headquarters in the province of Salerno (SA) and will be responsible for:

1. Monthly payroll processing;
2. Preparation of monthly reports;
3. Management of relations with relevant authorities;
4. Handling of injury claims;
5. Management of annual compliance tasks (770, CU, self-assessments);
6. Handling employment-related compliance obligations.

Working hours are full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 13:00 and 14:00 to 18:00. The employment contract type and salary will be commensurate with experience. The applicable collective bargaining agreement is CCNL Terziario (Commerce). Benefits include meal vouchers worth €6.00 each.

Requirements include:

• High school diploma;
• Ability to work in a team;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
• Precision, organization skills, and customer orientation.

Preferred qualifications include:

• Technical commercial diploma;
• English language proficiency;
• Knowledge of Zucchetti Paghe Infinity software;
• Familiarity with CCNL agreements for Trade, Transportation, Public Establishments, Industry Managers, and Commerce Managers.
