Job Opportunity: Payroll Specialist

Location: Lodi, Italy

We are expanding our team and are seeking to hire 2 Payroll Specialists. We welcome applications from both senior profiles with 4-5 years of experience and junior profiles with 1-2 years of experience.

The selected candidates will be based at our operational headquarters in the province of Salerno (SA) and will be responsible for:

1. Monthly payroll processing;
2. Preparation of monthly reports;
3. Managing relationships with relevant authorities;
4. Handling accident claims;
5. Managing annual compliance tasks (770, CU, Autoliquidazioni);
6. Overseeing employment-related obligations.

The position is full-time (40 hours/week), Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 13:00 and 14:00 to 18:00. The contract type and salary will be commensurate with experience. The applicable collective agreement is CCNL Terziario (Commerce). Benefits include meal vouchers worth €6.00 each.

Minimum requirements include:

• High school diploma;
• Ability to work in a team;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
• Accuracy, organization, and customer orientation.

Preferred qualifications include:

• Technical-commercial diploma;
• Knowledge of English;
• Familiarity with Zucchetti paghe Infinity software;
• Knowledge of CCNL agreements for Commerce, Transport, Public Establishments, Industry Managers, and Commerce Managers.
