Job Opportunity: Payroll Specialist

Location: Bergamo, Italy

We are expanding our team and are looking to hire 2 Payroll Specialists.

We welcome applications from both Senior candidates with 4-5 years of experience and Junior candidates with 1-2 years of experience.

The selected candidates will be based at our operational headquarters in the province of Salerno (SA).

Responsibilities include:

1. Monthly payroll processing;
2. Preparation of monthly reports;
3. Managing relations with authorities;
4. Handling accident reports;
5. Managing annual obligations (770, CU, self-assessments);
6. Managing employment-related compliance tasks.

The position is full-time (40 hours/week), Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 13:00 and 14:00 to 18:00.

Contract type and salary will be commensurate with experience. The applied collective agreement is CCNL Terziario (Commerce).

Requirements:

• High school diploma;
• Ability to work in a team;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
• Precision, organizational skills, and customer focus.

Preferred qualifications:

• Technical commercial diploma;
• English language skills;
• Knowledge of Zucchetti paghe Infinity software;
• Understanding of CCNL agreements for Commerce, Transport, Public Services, Industry Managers, and Commerce Managers.
