Ferrero is seeking an experienced R&D Packaging Process Manager to drive development of new packaging and processes within the primary packaging team in Alba, Italy. You will coordinate Stage-Gate activities, validate PoP concepts, and oversee pilot trials in Ferrero factories to meet KPIs and cost targets.

Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration are essential. You will also scout innovative packaging materials, manage project lifecycles, and collaborate with suppliers and internal

Competenze

• Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electronic, or Materials Engineering.
• Experience in packaging, process development, or industrial R&D environment.
• Willingness to travel internationally; fluent in English and Italian.

Mansioni

• Develop new packaging and associated processes according to Stage-Gate approach from concept to industrialization.
• Validate and develop PoP (proof of principles) during lab scale phases with suppliers and internal teams.
• Lead trials in Ferrero factories during pilot phases ensuring KPI compliance and cost management.
• Proactively scout new packaging technologies and materials; manage lifecycle of packaging projects from design to homologation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders; promote cross-functional collaboration and risk management.
