Packaging Industrialization Technician

Posizione:

In order to implement our Industrialization Department, we are looking for a Packaging Industrialization Technician.

The ideal candidate will be in charge of carrying out complex production operations requiring cosmetic and chemical know-how, and have in-depth knowledge of the process drawing on solid experience.

Key accountabilities:

• Draft and approve the production techniques developed, in compliance with safety, quality and budget;
• Pilot and implement product and/or process evolutions to improve the quality and productivity of the service. Investigate the possible causes of non-conformities detected; during manufacturing runs, analyze these non-conformities, and propose corrective or even preventive actions;
• Set up and monitor the implementation of the actions required to optimize the process;
• Solve complex technical problems related to the production or manufacturing process, while ensuring the technical coordination of the laboratory with partner services (Supply Chain, Industrialization, QC, R&D...);
• Partner with customers and suppliers to ensure the technical specifications and quality standards are matched.

Requisiti:

• Bachelor's Degree in industrial chemistry is preferable;
• Good knowledge of the cosmetic products and technical knowledge of machines;
• Good knowledge of English: an additional language will be a plus;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Problem solving and ability to find out solutions;
• Good analytical skills.
