As a Owner’s Representative Project Manager at Linesight, you will work with highly experienced, culturally diverse, and passionate teams, fostering a strong social dynamic and a shared sense of achievement. In this role, you will :

  1. Bring your best practice and innovative experience to improve efficiencies in design, construction, and project management.
  2. Ensure high standards for quality, cost, and timely delivery within the overall project framework.
  3. Act as the Owner’s representative, maintaining project schedules and cost controls, and establishing budget, program, and timeline requirements.
  4. Support the Owner’s internal project management team by providing project information and inputs for key decision-making processes.
  5. Maintain regular contact with the Owner and provide updates on design and cost information.
  6. Coordinate with the Owner’s design team on design documents, agreeing on review intervals.
  7. Serve as the on-site contact for Owner’s project stakeholders, fostering positive working relationships.
  8. Build a robust safety culture by actively coordinating, managing, and auditing a behavioral-based safety plan.
  9. Collaborate with the general contractor and assess the local construction market to determine capabilities, capacity, and skills requirements.
  10. Regularly evaluate consultant and contract schedules to ensure progress aligns with milestones.
  11. Create compelling management reports on all project workstreams.
  12. Lead key status meetings with project stakeholders and develop solutions for potential delays.
  13. Assist in reviewing building code requirements, advising on cost impacts and alternatives.

  • Have over 10 years of construction / project management and managerial experience in the data center sector.
  • Have demonstrated delivery experience in CSA, Electrical, Mechanical, or Commissioning areas.
  • Hold a degree in Construction Management, Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a similar discipline.
  • Possess a PMP and LEED / AP qualification or are working towards it. We can support your certification journey!
