Job summary

adidas is opening a new outlet store in Brugnato 5Terre Outlet Village in Liguria. The Store Manager will lead a team, drive profitability, and deliver a premium consumer experience in a premium retail environment.

Qualifications

• 18 months in sports or fashion retail, incl. 12 months in Store Manager role.
• Strong leadership, planning, coaching and motivation of a team.
• Fluency in Italian and English; great communication and decision-making abilities.
• Solid understanding of Visual Merchandising and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full management of the store to achieve commercial success and profitability.
• Drive sales by analyzing performance data and optimizing store operations.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and standards.
• Maintain floor presence and deliver exceptional customer service, even in your absence.
• Plan staff schedules and manage recruitment aligned with HR policies.
• Act as Brand Ambassador reflecting adidas values and culture.
