Stellantis in Torino is seeking an Application Operations & Service Delivery Manager to ensure stability, compliance, and performance of critical business applications and supporting infrastructure. You will coordinate with business stakeholders, managed service providers, infrastructure teams, suppliers, auditors, and compliance organizations to drive governance and continuous service improvement.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 5-7 years in supply chain or logistics

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
5-7 years of experience in supply chain, transportation, logistics, vehicle distribution, or related operations.
Minimum 2 years of leadership experience managing teams and cross-functional initiatives.
Strong knowledge of outbound transportation networks, carrier management, vehicle logistics, and distribution operations.
Experience developing and managing KPI frameworks and operational performance metrics.
Fluency in English (minimum required: B2) and Italian.

Mansioni

Manage internal Audit activities and SOX Compliance.
Oversee weekly status with AMS to monitor KPI alignment with contract levels.
Lead escalation and war room activities when needed.
Manage CAB meetings to approve changes during critical periods.
Oversee day-to-day collaboration with Reply and manage user provisioning for technical and supplier users.
Oversee small developments and hardware not managed by Reply.
Manage all contracts and budget for run activities.
Coordinate infrastructure changes with suppliers and ensure governance.
