Job Description : We are looking for a Mid-level Account Executive to join our team, focusing on the Italian market. This role is ideal for an experienced sales professional with a strong background in sales. The AE will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle—from prospecting to closing.

Responsibilities :

  1. Actively prospect new clients in the Hospitality sector through cold calling, emails, and other outbound techniques.
  2. Present our products/services effectively, with a consultative approach.
  3. Maintain and expand a network of contacts in the Hospitality sector.
  4. Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to refine the commercial message.
  5. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline progression within the company’s CRM.
  6. Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.

Requirements :

  • Must have: English C1+
  • Complete fluency in Italian
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar sales role, ideally within the Travel Tech industry.
  • Strong knowledge of outbound sales processes and the ability to manage the full sales cycle.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working autonomously.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
