Job Description : We are looking for a Mid-level Account Executive to join our team, focusing on the Italian market. This role is ideal for an experienced sales professional with a strong background in sales. The AE will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle — from prospecting to closing.

Responsibilities :

  • Actively prospect new clients in the Hospitality sector through cold calling, emails, and other outbound techniques.
  • Present our products/services effectively, with a consultative approach.
  • Maintain and expand a network of contacts in the Hospitality sector.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to refine the commercial message.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline progression within the company’s CRM.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.

Requirements :

  • Must have: English C1+
  • Complete fluency in Italian
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar sales role, ideally within the Travel Tech industry.
  • Strong knowledge of outbound sales processes and the ability to manage the full sales cycle.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working autonomously.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
